Oh one more question I went to super supplements yesterday ( a discount store for all things supplements/health supplies) and there were really like 20 different kinds of Digestive enzymes. So I didn't buy any because I need to research which kind I need. They had one for gluten allergies, which I have, but they also had the papya mentioned above and a complete all around kind, Garden of Life Omega digestive (I really believe in the Garden of Life philosophy of eating but they are really expensive) and many many more so any suggestions while I research?
