Default Help with HCG decision
Hello friends!
I started my first round of HCG on January 1, 2010 and over 2 long rounds lost about 40 pounds but stabilized more like 30 lbs down. One of the main reasons I wanted to lose the weight was because I was planning on having a baby soon and didn't want to be too unhealthy or overweight as a prego princess. So I lost the weight, I had the baby, and now I have weight to lose again. My baby is 3 months old and I am about where I was when I started HCG almost 2 years ago. I've *kind of* been working out and watching what I eat but my motivation isn't there yet. [Cue a bit of a sob story]. My husband left for deployment when our baby was 3 days old. Overall, life is good and manageable but I'm finding myself into a cycle of emotional eating. I eat out when I'm on the go because it makes me sad to eat meals by myself at home. And I don't feel like going to a lot of cooking trouble for just me.

So with that information in hand, I'm debating on doing HCG again starting in January. My dilemmas are is it harder to do HCG while being a stay at home mom? It's the HARDEST diet I've ever done and it's mentally exhausting, will I be pressing my luck to try to do it again? My biggest battle is P3 and stabilizing. I can never do it. Anyone have advice on better success in P3? I'm worried about not stabilizing and constantly feeling like my body is out of whack.

Any input is welcome. My husband returns from Iraq in July and I would love to welcome him home all hot and stuff. So what do we think?? I used to live on these boards every day for nearly a year. I've missed all the cheerleading!!

thanks!!!!!
