I would up my proteins to gain back the extra calories. For example, uncooked chicken is about 32 calories an ounce. I am giving you a wonderful link to an online calorie counter, you enter the item in the search window and from there you can select the exact product and adjust the ounces to find out the calories you are dealing with.
