To all,
I gave blood today. Day 32 of P2. Yes, my blood pressure was wicked low. Very happy about that as I've had high blood pressure in the past. I thought I would get dizzy but the only real symptom I had was extreme hunger. I ate my 8oz of meat all at lunch. So it's veggies for me tonight. Just wanted to share.
