So I just bought this stuff and I thought it was a huge scam right after i ordered it because all the emails i got had grammatically errors and Gary used like 2 or 3 different email addresses, but anyway I finally got it. So today is my first day binging, but it says you cant eat or drink 30 min before or after you take the drops. That's just so long considering I would like to brush my teeth before work in the morning. Ha. Is this a conservative time or is there anyway to shave it down even a few mins? And any other advice you may have would be appreciated. Thanks
