You are welcome. For Rx, I would add the 3rd VLCD at the end of injections before heading into P3 eating. You may add some starch in P4, but you have to watch the scale to see if it makes you gain. Sugar? No, only the occasional slice of birthday cake. There are much healthier alternatives. You may find as I did, that starches don't sit well in my belly & make me bloat, and I don't really care for most of them anymore. Both my hubby's and my tastes have changed. What used to be our favorites no longer are, although he is still a fan of sushi.
