I am sure others will chime in here, but in my own personal experience... short rounds even at the required 23 days are the devil let alone only staying on for only 14 days. I did a short round to try & loose the last 15 or so pounds couldn't stabilize & ended up gaining all the weight from the short round and all the weight plus MORE because I couldn't stabilize. So here I am on another long round to loose 30+ pounds =(

I know 14 days is not protocol & it isn't likely you will be able to stabilize unless you go the required amount of time. If you only want to loose 10, you can try doing a short round & up your protein & veggies to maintain your weight till you reach the 23 day minimum. However I would definitely watch your weight closely when it comes to P3 since it's so difficult to stabilize =)
