I started @ 147lbs, need to lose at least 25. I'm not getting my 500 calories, I have 1/2 apple, 100gms chicken, sm cuke, talaipia, 1 cup green salad and a few strawberries on a typical day. I always weigh protein, I also have lean ground beef as a protein. I've cut out the melba toast, but it didn't seem to help. BMI is 25.9, not sure how that works.
