Well, that was interesting. Mrs. Happymeal did as follows: lots of water, some coffee, some green tea and, at 4 pm, about 14 ounces of grass-fed organic beef broiled without any seasoning. No apple, no tomato.
Result?
Lost 3.6 pounds.
Holy cow! We are believers.
