Colleen,
Can you do two steak days in a row? I am up 4.1 lbs not sure why such an insane jump. Have already done 2 steak days in week 1 of R3. Sundays steak day I lost 2.5 of the 4 then ate reg R3 yesterday but up 2lbs this am. no eggs, all foods that I could eat last P3... But I think I need more water. I also go those shape up sneakers since my muscle tone is soo low now and I am wondering if I am swelling from them. I dont feel sore at all. But I have to exercise. I cant keep avoiding it because of weight gain. I dont feel healthy and really need the exercise for stress reduction.
After reading this I realize I have been doing steak days wrong but have always lost 2lbs or so. So I will clean that up today and get digestive enzymes! But can I do 2 steak days in a row? I didnt think so, so on sunday I did 1 skipped monday and today am doing another, but since I gained the 2 lbx I am back to square 1. I was so hoping to stabilize under LIW this time!! ugghh...
But I did lose 29lbs in R2 and a total of 58 all together since january.. So I am grateful and just have to figure out how to stabilize.
