I am hoping one of you can answer a quick question. I'm doing Phase 2 right now, and I'm a little confused about how long to be on it. I'm doing a long round. So how many days of actually taking the drops?

Is it:
2 days loading
40 days drops
3 days VLCD no drops
3 weeks Phase 3

or:
2 days loading
37 days drops
3 days VLCD no drops
3 weeks Phase 3

Also, since I'm doing a long round, should I be taking every 7th day off (VLCD/no drops)?
