I have been reading posts here for a couple of months. I'm at goal & about to start P4-Life. 
I have made a list of supplements I have seen on the different threads I read. My possible monthly cost, over $300 ??? I would like to see a thread about what others are using... What's working ? How much $$ per month are people spending ??
