Help! Unplanned interuption due to emergency. What do I do now?
Hello all. I was 12 days from moving on to P3 when my baby (4 months) got very sick and had to be admitted to the children's hospital. He's home and much better now though thank goodness. Anyway, because of his sickness, all thoughts of my diet went out the window. I didn't take the HCG, and didn't worry about what I was eating or not eating. I was focused on the baby and ate what the hospital brought. In Germany, breakfast is brotchen (a kind of bread roll), jam, butter (real butter), a piece of fruit and tea or coffee. Lunch is the big meal of the day and varied (I got soups and salads though as I don't eat beef or pork, which is a staple of the diet here) and dinner was a brotchen, 3 slices of cheese (edamer or butterkase, which is delicious, but 45% fat), an herbed cheese spread, a few slices of raw veggies and ALWAYS something pickled (the 1st night it was pickled potatoes! Eww!). So, I ate bits and pieces here and there and certainly not on protocol. I can feel it too. My stomach is NOT happy with me! I haven't had HCG in 3 days. How can I get back on track? Do I start over? Pick up where I left off? HELP!
