roselanoue, yep, corn, beans, carrots....maybe potatoes or sweet potatoes if you like. I use cauliflower everywhere instead of potatoes, though, and haven't had a potato since before October. I made a mock 'potato' cauliflower salad for dinner tonight and it was a big hit! I did green beans on p2 and lost fine; even did broccoli a couple of times.
Went to dinner with family last night - Cajun style food. Ate buttered green beans, sirloin, a few tablespoons of pinto beans (1/4 cup) and 1/2 slice garlic bread. Today I reached my goal!!! Wasn't sure after last night what the story would be. Also know weight fluctuates daily but usually within a lb. Thanks for advice...I look forward to tasting sweet potatoes. Regular potatoes not that exciting for me.
