Default Rash!
Hi everyone,

I've read a few threads (did a search) and noticed some others have experienced rashes while on the diet.

I have a rash all around my chest (side and bottom of breasts but not actually on them) and today it's gotten worse overnight and very itchy.

I'm using the hhcg pellets.

I've had this before in varying degrees from very mild/minor/one spot to as much as now. I had tried a similiar diet through injections at a clinic a couple of years ago and that's when I noticed this happening too.

I always associated it with cutting out the fats in my diet - not having enough lubrication for the skin, etc. And it normally does get worse in winter.

Normally, overall, I just have very dry skin...and have to use heavy overnight cream during the day for my skin to stay hydrated.

So, I"m hoping/thinking that this is my body just getting used to things again...?

When I did the clinic diet/injections...the rash did go away after a few weeks and would come back in much smaller form occassionaly. And when I stopped the clinic/diet....I had less flare ups over the years, but they haven't stopped completely (usually using Aveeno anti-itch cream right at the beginning when I noticed it starting would make it go away in a couple of days).

Anyway...I"m writing to see if you have any thoughts/suggestions about this? Is there a supplement I could take that would help with dry skin?

Oh - FYI - also went to a dermatologist when this started a couple of years ago and they could not figure out the cause other than to say my skin was dry and my bra strap was rubbing against me. I tried different prescription creams that didn't help - it just ran it's course.

Thank you for reading this LONNNNG post and providing help.
