Wall push ups are good for toning the arms. What you can do is:
You stand in front of the wall with your arms outstretched. Place your hands keeping it shoulder width. Make sure that your finger tips are leveled with your head. Keeping your feet straight, slowly lean forward supporting most of your weight with your hands and hold it for 5 seconds. You'll feel the pressure in your arm muscles. Then slowly push yourself away from the wall using. Do this for 10 minutes everyday and you'll be on your way to toner arms. I did this before too because my arms were my problem areas as well. I hope this helps
