Teas are also rich in anti-oxidants that fights stress and boosts the brain. However it is also rich in caffeine so make sure to not have 2-3 cups daily. My personal favorite are chocolates which are also rich in anti-oxidants and a good amount of caffeine. I believe oysters are also good for the brain as they are rich in selenium, magnesium, protein and several other nutrients which are important to brain health.
