It is important that we know which foods are healthy, safe, and rich in vitamins and minerals that our body needs. In cases like brain food, it is important that we also choose the right kind to get the most out of it. Just like in coffee, it doesn't mean that coffee is good for the brain, gives us boost, and rich in anti-oxidants we can drink all we can. There are side effects that we need to know about so we do not suffer from it. Nuts are also great however we have to choose the right one too and make sure that we avoid the preservatives. If we can go with the organic, the better
