Coffee is good for the brain and also contains fiber. It helps the cardiovascular system and provides energy boost as well. You can enjoy 2-4 cups daily to be safe. I drank 4 cups of coffee before and I experienced mild palpitation. I still drink coffee, about a cup a day during breakfast. It helps me stay alert.
