I know how important it is to know which foods to eat to minimize PMS. I suffer from bloating, cramps, headache, and water retention every time I have my period because I eat all the foods that are not advisable . I eat too much sweet, salty, and cold foods because my body craves for it. Now that I know which ones I should avoid and which I should eat more, my PMS shouldn't be that bad. At least I hope so
