I love bananas. You can never go wrong with this fruit. Chocolate Milk? I didn't know that. I always watch my calories and Chocolate Milk is not on my list of foods. Same with Chicken Thighs and Avocados. Thanks for sharing. Now I know that I need to add these foods as well (I'll pass on the chocolate milk, though). =D
