Right! I think that will really work Sasa. You can also try eating 5 - 6 small meals a day high in fiber. That will also help speed up your metabolism and help burn more calories. Anyone wanting to lose weight is experiencing the same problem. After losing the water weight you will hardly notice any improvement on your weight loss and can sometimes be so frustrating but keep staying active and you'll get there.
