25 ways to cut down on your daily calories
How do you cut your calories down? There are a lot but I want to know what works for most of us. I have here 25 ways on how to cut our calories daily to help us lose weight or maintain our ideal weight.
Cut half your cake or pie in half
Choose non fat instead of whole milk
Drink only water instead of fruit juice or soda
Use skim or low fat or non fat yogurt milk when blending your smoothie instead of ice cream
Skip the cheese and put lettuce, tomatoes, and onions in your burger
Leave 3-4 bites in your plate
Drink light beer instead of the regular and limit to only 1 or 2
Flavor your coffee with cinnamon and nutmeg instead of syrup or sugar
Use extra virgin olive oil when cooking
Eat whole wheat bread instead of white
Enjoy a cup of soup instead of a bowl
Use vinaigrette dressing to your salad instead of mayo based one
Trim all fats from beef, chicken, and pork
Steam vegetables instead of frying
Reduce cooked rice and pasta by half
Eat lean ham instead of sausage or bacon
