No, they don't currently, but they have in the past. The one absolutely hates them and is miserable no matter what, but we kept a flea collar on her and then her name tags had a place to hang in case she got out. Well, she's gotten out before and it freaks her out. She doesn't like the feel of grass at all and just cried at the door until we let her back in, so I'm not too concerned with that any more, lol. I've never used purely decorative collars before either.
