I'd love to let my cat out but she's an indoor kitty and happy with it. She sometimes pokes her head out the window when I feed the birds but never attempts to jump out. Round where I live it's just not safe, got a bunch of idiots who hang around and like setting fire to things so I just decided not to take the risk. She's happy and safe and that's what matters to me.
