My cat goes out on occasion but he's a bit of a bully. I live next to my parents and their cat is deathly afraid of my cat. Plus there are two neighbors with outdoor cats that my cat starts fights with. So I try to make sure he's only out when no one else is out and I'm out to keep an eye on him. He was a rescue from the shelter so I don't know his past but he is definitely a tough one
