You were right the first time. It's a stupid thread. Tired generalisations on a subject that is much more complex than the information we have here. However, I'm happy to provide claification on a few points:

Exercise doesn't give you increased self-esteem. You're thinking of alcohol. Alcohol makes you funny, open, sociable and sexy, especially to other people that are also drinking alcohol.

Exercise doesn't control weight. That's alcohol again. Drink enough alcohol and you'll either forget to eat (great for weight loss) or you'll still be in a late-night bar when the takeaways shut (which also proves that alcohol is great for financial management).

Exercise does not improve your mood. Again, you're thinking of alcohol. Alcohol makes you think you can take on the world. Especially bouncers.

Exercise doesn't improve sleep. Drink alcohol, and you can sometimes pass out for days.

Exercise doesn't give you longer life. CHRIST! It's alcohol again. You can literally forget all about a alcohol fuelled day within seconds of falling asleep. Once sober, it's like you never, ever lived that day. Great for anti-ageing.
