Just be sure to get the 12 to 15 net carbs from veggies every day. Less is not better when it comes to veggie carbs. Spread them out over the day so you're not eating 15ng at once and causing and insulin spike. The rest of the carbs can go toward things like cheese, cream, splenda sweetened items, carbs in sausage/bacon, etc.
