Welcome Sugar!
I just had my first child almost 6 weeks ago and am trying to get back on track before I go back to work in 2 1/2 weeks. I weighed 262 when I had him and I am currently at 230. I would really like to lose another 10 lbs by Sept 8th when I return to work. Don't know if that will happen but I am going to aim for it anyway.
I did Atkins about 8 years ago and lost 80 lbs in 10 months. I kept most of it off for 6 years but then slipped and gained it all back plus added my pregnancy weight to it. I have a few new goals this time. For one I don't want to be a FAT mom and I would love to get Invisalign to straighten my teeth. My husband agreed that if I can get down to 150 then I can get them. That isn't my final goal but I thought that it was a good number to work at and then hopefully I will have the motivation to get to my goal of 130 so my body and my mouth can go hand in hand together.
I would love to have a great open mouth smile and a body that looks fabulous all at the same time.
