Hi Kelli! Welcome to the forum!

Before we could possibly make suggestions it would be very helpful to know what you're eating each day. What... and how much. Are you logging your food intake, counting the carbs... or just "winging it"?

If you're willing... jot down a day's worth of food/drinks. If you're counting carbs, list those, too!

Common "issues" we see that might influence wt loss...

Medications
Medical conditions (like diabetes, PCOS, etc)
Age
Food intake (you CAN overeat and stop wt loss while keeping carbs low)
Food sensitivity (esp dairy)
Water (as in, not enough)

Double check your meat, cheese, cream and fat servings sizes. Make SURE you're eating enough veggies.

We can help... just give us more info!!

Also, fwiw, I lost the first two weeks and then stalled for 17 weeks. Literally. Yes, I can be very determined and patient. LOL
