Default new here, day 4!
Hi I am new to the forum, but have been reading it all for 4 days...
I started Monday Jan. 12...
yesterday, day 3 was weird, had a good work out, 30 minutes of aerobics and some ab work...but later felt dizzy queasy achey...must me the induction flu. I just chilled the rest of the day (lucky to work from home)
last night my own yucky breath work me up! LOL! several times...whoaaa it is ishy!
I am 49, female 5'7" weigh in at 197 (OMG I can't believe that number)
my goal is 135...
I gained a lot after death of a loved one, hysterectomy...and oddly enough liposuction!!! (anyone want info on that just ask me!)
Wish me luck, no other diet has helped me in the last 4 years, so I have turned to Atkins...kinda hard to make myself believe all this fat will make me thin, but I will report back on next monday with my weight to see how it is going.
thanks for all the great info on this site...so far very helpful!!!

Question; is it possible to lose maybe 30 lbs in 2 months? I was soooo happy at that weight! I feel I have 60 total to lose...
