Hey there. I am also 23 and I decided to start back 4 days ago on sunday. I thought starting on the first day of the new year would be difficult and that I would screw it up so I figured by starting before new years, it's not a resolution, and that it will be successful. I am trying to get down to 190 also. Well a toned 185 would be more preferable but pretty much my starting weight is 250. I used to be 187.

Anyway, I am wondering if the 182 in your name is a blink 182 reference?
