I LOVE creating something with food from the freezer...tell me what's there and what you're going to come up with.

Last night's supper sounds yummy.

I made salmon burgers quite often. They're pretty cheap if you get salmon on sale and freeze it.

I usually hack up salmon portions and put them in the food processor till it's chuncky - not fine. Then I add bread crumbs and parmasan cheese, chopped up fresh avocado, dill and cilantro, make a patty and pan fry. I usually make a curry mayo to put on the bun and serve it with a nice salad.

But this is not a recipe thread, sorry for hijacking.
