Name one good thing he's done for our country.

-Kept US emissions of CO2 at a 1.3% increase from 2000-2004 while EU CO2 emissions iscreased 2.1% within the same period.

-Signed the Notification and Federal Employees Antidiscrimination and Reprisal Act (NoFEAR Act) in 2004.

-Kept our economy strong during gross war expenditures.
