Hey, hey, hey...stop that. I was told by that guy wearing a plaid coat at the nursery that my peanut butter tree would give me peanut butter. All I had to do was buy ther tapping kit for $47.95.
$47.95 ? That's a bargain I had to pay $60 for mine......

By the way, I bought some Wensleydale at the store today (I got sent home from work because no one wants my cold...I'm depressed). I only had two choices - Wensleydale "traditional" cheddar, or a mass-produced cranberry cheddar. I chose the former. It's good (could be a bit stronger but I liked the creamy texture). Yeah, if you want strength go for the cheddar, but wensleydale does have a nice flavour and texture to it. It's good salad cheese in my opinion, cheddar can sometimes drown out the flavour of the salad stuff, whereas Wensleydale is about right. Cheddar on the other hand makes the best cheese on toast ever.....
