Is finger pointing really productive at this point?

We know FEMA sucked in their response to Katrina.

Many Katrina victims will never return to New Orleans. That will always be the case for eventual settlement of refugees.

Hard luck stories will be coming out of New Orleans for years to come.

Probably the home-grown relief efforts are the most effective recovery method. The Government's actual contribution and execution continues to be pathetic on the Federal, State and Local level.
