What actions of Clinton's were illegal? Having a student deferrment? Not hardly.

And please explain how his LEGAL deferrment differed from Cheney's five.

My understanding is he was selected in the draft, and notified of such selection, and then lied to the draft board and left the country. Im of course no expert on law as it relates, but it seems illegal on the face of it. This has plenty of sources for the info:
