Remember the old show "Mork and Mindy"? At one point Robin Williams (playing a comedic character from another planet) went downtown to the local INS to register as an alien. And he though everyone else there must be from some other planet, too. It was a great joke.

But this woman thinks the same thing... and she's serious!!!
