Sounds like it's a plan. Really, it's an interesting analysis for sure and the ideas seem intuitively to be workable.

I was really impressed as well. It does seem workable because it takes into account the fact that industry worries about its bottom line, first and foremost, and nations will protect their economies. Its a reality that has to be accepted and they took that into account in their proposal.
