Kosovo was commiting war crimes yeah but they werent a threat to america. So its europes problem not our problem. So why should we help europe out when france vetoes the US not to go to war against IRAQ?

Your timeliness are mixed again. France's veto was years after the Kosovo war you have no argument.

If you are implying that, America should not of taken part in the Kosovo war because America was not threatened in any way,
and therefore Europe should handle it's own problems;

You should first ask yourself although France vetoed and the UN discouraged any aggression, why on earth did America challenge the UN charter - chapters 41 & 42 as members and see it fit to attack Iraq, although Iraq couldn't possibly threat America with military or nuclear force and that the UN council claimed the aggression as illegal.

So please do tell me, WHY DID AMERICA ATTACK IRAQ who had a boyscout army.
