the surge already happened

they only got 17 republicans to cross the line

so it looks as it has since 03

partisan bullshit by people who really need this war to fail so they dont get egg on their faces

democrats have hoped , prodded, and spoken of quagemire failure for 4 years
this resolution is just one more statement
