I agree, it just gets soooo frustrating !!!
Something does need done about PennDot though, they are nothing but a joke....I think it's time for it to be an elected position, heck they are as big if not bigger than the State Government.

You bet. They can start by putting the 25 million they made per year illegally selling expunged records on some salt for starters. Grrrr. Welcome to Pa.
