I agree, it just gets soooo frustrating !!!
Something does need done about PennDot though, they are nothing but a joke....I think it's time for it to be an elected position, heck they are as big if not bigger than the State Government.

I see a couple of problems there. First, I don’t think it would attract the best people cause, with our roads, I don’t think anyone would imagine they would see more than one term. Second, we couldn’t expect it to work any better than the rest of our state government.
