I wonder if the Guvner has connections to the guys that got the exclusive vendors contracts for the rest areas?

I honestly don’t believe there are rest areas where the motorists were stranded, but I’m very very glad I don’t own property there. I wonder how long it’s going to take for all the grass to regrow.
