What a stupid move. There was nobody else available to take this seat? Makes no sense and a very bad move on her part.

AFAIK she hasn't made that move.

So far it is just a rumor or an anonymous leak from an unnamed "top Democratic leadership aide" in an attempt to "feel the waters" so to speak.
