No, she specifically did not. She banned it from a lounge area, proclaiming this showed solidarily with smoking ban movements that originally got started in her home of San Francisco and then spread rapidly from there. She specifically left Congressional offices alone though, which made the whole affair offensive in hypocrisy in how they clearly exempt themselves from the laws they impose on others as well as to people's intelligence as to how token her 'ban' was.
