Iran is no Iraq or Vietnam. We dont have to rebuild it or protect its streets. We can simply destroy all of its nuclear capabilites, military bases, airports, communications, government buildings, dams, water treatment plants, farms, etc etc. We could do this easier with Iran than we could with Vietnam.

Our military did well in both wars--but our way of fighting made us 'lose' in Vietnam. The Vietnamese didnt drive us out of their country--the American people did. And if we leave Iraq--its not going to be the Iraqi insurgency---rather the American people. The American voter is the most dangerous enemy in any future American war.
