"unborn" is an adjective that describes what noun?

A human being (person)?

Or an aardvark?

Or what?
these are not even logical questions as unborn meerly describes a state of being.

Or are you trying to argue that an unborn human being is not a human being?... I am arguing nothing, that was a determination of the Supreme court.

Is a black human being also not a human being...? If it is unborn, then according to the court, YES. However, If you had a brain that works, you might realize that the word black is an adjective which could, if applicable take the place of "unborn", as that is also a state of being. as would be short, fat, blind, crippled, etc. If they are also unborn, then the Supreme court has stated that they are not recognized as a human being UNTIL they are born.

Now I'm sure this is not news to you but you are just being argumentive. because this have been cover before several times.
