Samantha! You touched a nerve with the Bush Crowd out there. Don't you know about natural selection? It's really important that working people waste lots of their wages on an inefficient medical care system. People born into wealth, however, are exempt from this important testing process, because they've already proven their genetic superiority just by being born.

Don't you know even THINKING about making medical care more efficient is Socialism!

(Oh, by the way, we need a few more billions to bail out some poorly-run industries like the airlines and the insurance companies after 9-11. Wouldn't want the idle rich to suffer any hardship. That might disrupt the economy.)
