If I had the low down, I'd be sure to try to let people know; however, I'm as informed as you, if not less so in this matter. All I know is that Rumsfeld is a powerful man and has been influential in our government for quite awhile, and I'm not surprised to see that continue, no matter what title he holds. The same can be said about a number of names, including Gates.
